Prior to her current role, Ela gained valuable experience in the digital marketing field, working as a Digital Marketing Associate at Insider for two years. However, her passion for the environment led her to transition into the sustainability sector, where she is serving as a Sustainability Development Consultant at The Disruption House. Pursuing a postgraduate education at Imperial College Business School, Ela aims to expand her expertise in the environmental field and advance her career in the sector.
