Andrea is Senior Advisor at SustainFinance. She currently leads the Financial System Transformation at the World Benchmarking Alliance, which assesses banks, asset owners, asset managers, and life insurers on governance, planetary boundaries, and societal conventions. She also champions leading practices across the sector, peer-to-peer learning as well as supporting various industry and global initiatives.

Prior to this, Andrea spent 15 years in the asset management industry working in Asia and Europe across a broad range of public and private market strategies and investor groups, including banks, life assurance companies, institutional investors, wealth advisors, and family offices. She also spent 10 years working in the life assurance industry in product development and e-commerce. She is passionate about the role of the finance sector in building a sustainable and just world, believing that by collaborating across the full finance eco-system, we can achieve system-level positive change.
